Project Management and Safety
All of our projects will have an onsite supervisor to ensure that all of our processes are implemented with safety at the forefront. Although it is important to get the job done in a timely manner, it is more important that no-one gets hurt. Texas Pergola Design and Patio is insured and all of its employee's are insured as well. Each morning there is an onsite project meeting to discuss any potential issues and concerns. At the end of each day all materials, tools, etc. will be placed in an agreed upon staging area in an organized manner.
Maintenance and Repair
We will provide a written warranty for both material and workmanship. We understand the importance of follow through and if there is ever an issue we stand behind what we build and want you to know we will come and make repairs if necessary.
